TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Organizer

The campaign is organized by Saud Bahwan Automotive, Continental’s Oman sole distributor, in collaboration with Continental Middle East DMCC.

Continental Middle East DMCC  that is acting as a promoter of the campaign only only by utilizing its own communication channels via Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and website to promote the campaign. The purchases of the Tyres and all legal obligations thereof are directly through the sole distributor, Saud Bahwan Automotive.

2. General Terms of Campaign

2.1 This promotion is valid from June 25, 2023 till August 25, 2023 or till stock lasts "Term".

2.2 This promotion is valid on the purchase of 4 Continental tires only.

2.3 This promotion is valid on the purchase of tires size 18” and above only.

2.4 This promotion is valid on 2022 DOT only.

2.5 This promotion is available at the Saud Bahwan Automotive outlets and its authorized dealers in Oman.

2.6 This promotion cannot be combined with any other corporate discount or other promotions.

3. Exclusion from participating in the campaign

Continental Middle East DMCC reserves the right to use its own discretion to exclude participants from the campaign, deny and reclaim offers if there is reasonable suspicion of false information, manipulation, violation of these Terms and Conditions of Participation or other prohibited actions.

4. Disclaimer

The participant acknowledges that Continental Middle East DMCC does not guarantee or ensure the availability of the Internet websites required to participate in the campaign or their contents. Continental Middle East DMCC reserves the right to discontinue these Internet websites (including without prior notification) or to limit access to them either fully or partially. Continental Middle East DMCC is not liable for insolvency of the cooperation partners or the resultant consequences on performance of the campaign. Continental Middle East DMCC, its bodies, employees, or vicarious agents are not liable for damage caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in transmission; faults in the technical equipment or services; incorrect content, loss, or erasure of data; viruses; or damage that may occur for any other reason during participation in this campaign, unless Continental Middle East DMCC is responsible for such damage because of malicious intent or gross negligence. This exclusion of liability neither applies to bodily injuries nor endangerment of life or health.

5 Consent

5.1 By participating, participants declare their express consent for Continental Middle East DMMC to store their personal data for the duration of the campaign and, where necessary, to transfer them to ICON Advertising LLC, Tech Digital Middle East FZ, and/or YK Almoayyed & Sons, Bahrain, who are also entitled to store their personal data for the duration of the campaign, insofar as the storage and transfer of these data are required to conduct the campaign. After the end of the campaign, the data will be erased in accordance with statutory regulations. Unless participants expressly confirm otherwise, the information provided as part of this campaign is used only for the purpose of conducting the campaign and will not be disclosed to third parties without the participants’ express permission.

5.2 Participants are entitled at any time to withdraw their consent for their data to be stored and thereby to withdraw from the campaign. Consent must be withdrawn by writing to Continental Middle East DMCC, note Continental Middle East DMCC, 4th Floor, Jumeirah Business Centre 3 (JBC 3), Cluster Y, Jumeirah Lake Towers, P.O. Box 336519, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; or by sending an e-mail tomarketing.middleeast@conti.de. After withdrawing consent, the participant’s collected and stored personal data will be erased immediately.

6. Other

6.1 Recourse to the courts is not permitted.

6.2 These Terms and Conditions of Participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Continental Middle East DMCC are subject exclusively to the law of the United Arab Emirates.

6.3 Should one of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions of Participation. The invalid term or condition shall be replaced by a legally valid regulation that is most in keeping with the expressed commercial aim and purpose of the invalid term or condition. This applies in the event that these Terms and Conditions of Participation contain an unintended omission in the regulations.

6.4 The place of performance and place of jurisdiction is Dubai, United Arab Emirates, insofar as an agreement regarding this is permitted.
